FAQ / Policies

Thank you for supporting my small business ;w; ! Please only order if you are willing to agree to the following terms. 

1. Shipping Details

Currently, this shop only supports shipping within USA.
International shipping will hopefully be available in the future!

Orders will be processed on a first-ordered, first-fulfilled basis. Please allow 2-3 weeks for fulfillment (not including shipping time).

Please be mindful that orders including a PREORDER item will not be shipped out until all items are in stock. Any major delays will be announced on social media. Please keep in mind that shipping may take longer than usual during holidays; I appreciate your patience!

Orders of only flat items (stickers + sticker sheets) subtotaling to $20 or less may choose untracked letter mail delivery. 

Tracked shipping (recommended): 
Tracked shipping is available for all purchases. 
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has entered the postal delivery system. If you do not see a confirmation with tracking in your email after a week, please check your spam folder or contact me ([email protected]).

Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Mail returned to sender:
In the case of a failed delivery due to the recipient being uncontactable by delivery personnel, the recipient is responsible for covering any redelivery fees.

2. Return / Exchange/ Cancel Policy

All sales are final after an order has been shipped. Please reach out to me ASAP if you would like to cancel your order.

3. Wrong Address Submitted

Corrections can only be made if the package has not yet been shipped. Please contact me with your order number, name, and full complete shipping address ASAP!

If the order has already been shipped, please be ready to wait for the order to return to me (due to failed delivery) before I can reship with the correct address. Additional reshipment costs will occur.

4. Damaged, flawed or mistaken items

Please email me [[email protected]] within 1 week of receiving (counting from the delivered date on the postal tracking page) and include your order number, photo or video evidence, and what the issue is.

If it was a mistake on my end, I will do my best to accommodate and cover any return/reshipments costs for the replacement. This excludes items damaged during transit, as that is out of my control.

5. Adding on to an existing order

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to consolidate or add any additional items to an already placed order. Thank you for understanding!

6. Upcoming Events

I currently have no plans for tabling at conventions or selling at in-person events at this time! This site will be the only way to obtain goodies for now c:
